At Aqualung®, we stand behind the quality of our diving and watersports equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in its original box to prevent damage during transit and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the returned equipment for integrity; once cleared, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
